Purchase & Alterations Agreement

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Deposits are non-refundable once purchase has been made. Special orders, Rush orders, Custom orders are Non-cancellable and Deposits are Non-refundable. Gowns are ordered by matching your measurements as close to the manufacture's size charts, therefore alterations may be needed. Alterations are an extra charge. Gowns and Alterations must be paid in full before alterations may be performed. Ship dates are approximate including rush and super-rush ship dates. Final payments must be made in cash, credit or debit. Merchandise/Alterations left 30 days after event/pick-up date will be donated and all payments will be forfeited. Maria's Bridal Connection cannot guarantee alterations on items that do not have a scheduled alterations appointment a minimum of 3 weeks prior to the event date. Alterations needed less than 2 weeks from the event date may be subject to a $25 rush fee. The customer is obligated to pay for any and all merchandise in full regardless if the event has been cancelled, postponed, rescheduled or if the customer is no longer part of the event. The customer is obligated to pick up merchandise purchased, ordered, or rented and pay any outstanding balances regardless if the event is cancelled, postponed or rescheduled within 30 days of the original event date/pick-up date. After 30 days all merchandise and monies will be forfeited. Merchandise not placed on a payment plan must be paid in full upon arrival of the merchandise in our store. A $20 fee will be assessed for measurements. ALTERATIONS ARE ADDITIONAL. Maria's Bridal Connection has the right to turn away any customer alterations. Shoes and undergarments must be worn for first fitting at time of alterations. Alterations are performed according to pinning at first fitting. Any changes needed after alterations are completed will be an additional charge. Any changes needed after alterations are completed due to a change in weight, pregnancy, shoe height, undergarments, etc. will be an additional charge. A pinning fee of up to $100 will be assessed if the customer decides not to have an item altered after the item has been pinned for alterations.

Your signature below gives Maria's Bridal Connection the authorization to charge your credit card for purchase or rental of any item and constitutes acceptance of the policies noted above.
